My name is Jen, I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach, the founder of Live Reignited and the host of the Reignited Podcast. As a mom of 4, a military wife and a marketing professional of 15 years, I have learned what it means to be completely exhausted, stretched thin and BURNED OUT. We as women have so much on our plates and sometimes we get lost in the chaos. After experiencing trauma, loss, job changes, deployments (and the list goes on) I knew that I wanted my FIRE back! After learning through my own personal experiences and struggles how to REIGNITE every area of my life, I knew that I wanted to be able to do the same for other women.
Live Reignited is so dear to my heart and was created with the help of and by the grace of God (He gets all the glory!). It was designed to help women reignite the most important areas of our lives…our faith, fire (personal development), career and passion (hobbies).
